This is the slightly more grown-up version of my spicy mayonnaise and boy is it drool-worthy.
Throwing it together couldn't be easier. You have two options for the base - use store-bought mayonnaise (super quick & easy) or make your own immersion-blender mayonnaise.
Then you add in some sriracha, garlic and lime to create a flavourful dipping sauce you won't be able to get enough of.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
This cheater's version of spicy aioli couldn't be easier to make. Here's what you'll need (full measurements listed in the printable recipe card below)...
- Mayonnaise - store-bought or homemade mayonnaise.
- Garlic
- Lime
- Sriracha
HOW TO MAKE SRIRACHA AIOLI
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine! That's it.
TIPS FOR MAKING THIS RECIPE
- Tweak the sriracha to your liking. One tablespoon is a mild spice. Two tablespoons is a fair kick. You can always keep adding it little by little and taste-testing until you find your preferred balance.
- Store in an airtight jar for up to a week. This is assuming your mayonnaise is either fresh OR has a used by date well past a week.
