There's no excuse for boring, tasteless vegetables when you can make deliciously golden Roasted Cauliflower in the air fryer in 15 minutes flat. This super easy air fried cauliflower is a healthy vegan side dish that doesn't compromise on flavour.

Grab your air fryer friends. You're just 6 ingredients and 15 minutes away from deliciously golden, caramelised roasted cauliflower.
Cauliflower has a reputation for being a bit "meh", but that's only because it's being cooked the wrong way. Steaming and boiling leaves cauliflower tasteless and soggy, but roasting cauliflower brings it to life!
Using the air fryer to cook cauliflower roasts it in record time and it gets irresistibly crisp, golden edges.
I love to use a combination of garlic powder and onion powder to season the cauliflower before cooking but feel free to play around with your own spice combination. Cauliflower is the perfect blank canvass for whatever flavours you want to build.

INGREDIENTS
Here's what you'll need to make this delicious air fried cauliflower (full measurements listed in the printable recipe card below)...
- Cauliflower
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place cauliflower florets into a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper on top, then toss to combine.
Move the cauliflower into the air fryer basket, making sure it's in a single layer without overlapping, and cook on 180C / 350F for 7-10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is deeply golden around the edges.
TIPS FOR MAKING THIS RECIPE
- Only add the cauliflower in a single layer in your air fryer basket to ensure even cooking. If you have a smaller air fryer you may need to cook in batches, or halve the recipe.
- Be sure to shake the basket every few minutes while cooking. This ensures the florets cook evenly, and you'll be able to see how the cauliflower is progressing. You want the florets to be deeply golden, but not burnt.
- Don't have an air fryer? Place the cauliflower on a baking tray and pop in the oven on 180C / 350F for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice, until golden.
- Try dipping the roasted cauliflower in sriracha aioli - so good!
