Tip – don’t want to make your own dough? Try these pizza pinwheels which use puff pastry as a base.
INSTRUCTIONS
Line your air fryer basket or trays with baking paper.
Place Greek yoghurt in a mixing bowl and give it a stir. Add in 1 cup of flour and stir to combine. Gradually add in more flour until the dough starts to form into a ball.
Tip the dough onto a well-floured surface and knead with your hands for a minute or two. If the dough is still too sticky, add some more flour and continue to knead. The dough is ready when it is able to hold it’s shape and is not sticking to your hands or the surface.
Roll the dough into a rectangle shape, spread tomato paste on top then sprinkle over the rest of the ingredients.
Roll the dough up tight, then cut into 8 equal pieces. Carefully place the pinwheels into the paper-lined air fryer basket or trays, keeping a bit of space between each one to allow some room for rising.
Sprinkle a little cheese on top of each pinwheel, then cook in the air fryer on 180C / 350F for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is golden and cooked through.
Place pinwheels on a wire rack to cool.
