Looking for a healthy treat that also cools you down? These Strawberry Pineapple Popsicles will do the trick! Oh and they are absolutely delish too!
I shared this recipe for Strawberry Pineapple Popsicles on Instagram a month ago but I never got around to posting it on the blog! Which feels criminal because there popsicles are just so easy to put together and make the perfect after dinner treat.
It’s been a particularly punishing summer here in Brisbane. Humidity has felt like it’s reached 110% almost every day for the past week, and at the end of the day you’re begging for something cold and refreshing. These popsicles well and truly do the trick!
On a side note – I always struggle with what category to put popsicles in. Are they snacks? Or desserts? Or do they just deserve a whole category of their own? I’ve stuck them in snacks for now but I’m getting so many popsicle recipes I probably should just make a popsicle category!
Now, let’s get to making these Strawberry Pineapple Popsicles!
