You only need 6 ingredients to make this smoothie for yourself! Full measurements listed in the printable recipe card below...
- Baby Spinach Leaves
- Apple - use any apple you like. I prefer pink lady apples as they add a lovely sweetness.
- Banana
- Lime
- Chia Seeds
- Filtered Water - you can use coconut water here if you'd like but honestly it's not necessary.
🍴 INSTRUCTIONS
It couldn't be easier to make this smoothie. Simply throw all the ingredients in a high performance blender and blend until smooth.
💭 TOP TIPS
- If you find your smoothie is quite thick after blending, add a little more water and blend again!
- I use the cup attachment of my blender when making a smoothie. It's easier to clean than the jug and perfect for a single serve. If you don't have a cup attachment, the jug works exactly the same.
- I generally freeze banana slices and spinach so I always have some on hand ready for smoothies. This is really handy, especially since bananas and spinach are both notorious for not having a very long shelf life!

Ingredients
- 1 Banana, sliced
- ½ Apple, finely diced
- 1 cup Baby Spinach Leaves
- ½ cup Filtered Water
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- ½ Lime, juiced
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a high performance blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour, serve and enjoy!
