These Crispy Salt and Vinegar Potatoes will be your new addiction! White vinegar adds a lovely zing to these roast potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

- Potatoes - White Vinegar - Olive Oil - Salt

Slice potatoes into coins 1cm /  .5 inch thick

Place into a saucepan & cover in vinegar & water

Cook for 15 mins until softened, then drain

Bake on 200C / 390F for 30 mins

Sprinkle generously with salt & serve
