- Frozen Puff Pastry
- Tomato Paste or Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella
- Your Favourite Pizza Toppings - see below for some ideas!

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F and line baking trays with baking paper or foil.
Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares or rectangles and carefully transfer onto the baking trays, leaving a small gap between each piece.
Now assemble toppings - first spread tomato paste or pizza sauce on each puff pastry piece, leaving a small gap around the edge for the crust. Next, layer your favourite toppings on top.
Place the trays in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is crisp and flaky and the cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
TOP TIPS
- The pastry can go wild while cooking - puffing up here and there. This is fine - no cause for concern!
- These pizzas can be reheated. I recommend only reheating in the oven or the air fryer. The microwave makes the pastry soggy.

- ¼ cup Tomato Paste or Pizza Sauce, or more to taste
- 1 cup Mozzarella, or more to taste
- Your Favourite Pizza Toppings - things like ham, salami, onion, capsicum / bell pepper, pineapple, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes etc
