Episode 57 - How to Practice Mindful Cooking

Ada from Marmalade + Kindness shares her advice for turning something we do everyday - cooking - into a mindfulness practice.

HEADSHOT OF A WOMAN WITH TEXT OVERLAY "HOW TOO PRACTICE MINDFUL COOKING".

This week's episode is a little bit different!  We're chatting about mindfulness in relation to cooking.

I chat with Ada, founder of Marmalade + Kindness.  Ada is an accredited mindfulness teacher and shares her advice for incorporating mindful cooking into our daily life, as well as tips for sustainability in the kitchen.

If you've found yourself feeling stressed out at meal times, or have been trying to add meditation and mindfulness into your day, you'll love this episode.

    RECIPE OF THE WEEK

This week's recipe of the week is my one banana muffins.  Ever found yourself with one lone spotty banana in the fruit bowl at the end of the week?  Of course you have! Next time this happens put that banana to good use and make these small batch muffins.
