I like to think of this sauce as a simpler version of my beloved Greek Tzatziki. The truth is I don't always have dill on hand to make up a batch, but this Garlic Yogurt Sauce is made with just 6 everyday ingredients I almost always have.
In just a few minutes you'll have a gourmet, restaurant quality sauce that can be used in so many ways. I love to use this as a sauce for grilled chicken, or as a dip with some fresh pita breads.

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Garlic Clove
- Greek Yoghurt
- Lemon
- Salt and Pepper

Add oil and minced garlic into a small bowl and stir to combine. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Add greek yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the bowl and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning if required.

- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (fresh)
